Students to use data provided to look at:
• dates of matches
• number of goals scored for/against Liverpool
• for/against goal times
• students to work out the average times of goals scored

Activity 2

Students to go on tour of Liverpool FC museum & complete quiz provided

Activity 3

Students to discuss:
• What makes a good & bad football team
Then go on to discuss:
• What makes a good/bad maths lesson
• Use laminated ‘Worst Case Scenario’ sheet to record ideas
• Then use ‘Whose Shoes’ laminated sheet to record different people’s view points in this area

Activity 4

Students to use catering data provided to look at:
• prices of various items of food
• how many items sold per game
• total amount of items sold
• work out the average price of items sold per game
